Demo 2: Employee Assessment
Scenario
Consider a manager of a company. Now you need to access the knowledge of your employees by conducting a small assessment. The assessment time is 15 minutes and it contains 1 break. Also, their screen and focus should also be tracked.
How to automate the assessment
- Prepare the Assessment form
- Configure the setup
- Publish the form
- Invite employees to attend the assessment
- Employees submitting the assessment
Step 1: Prepare the Quiz form
The Manager first needs to create a quiz form.
The assessment may be of multiple-choice, checkbox, dropdown, etc.,
Step 2: Configure the setup
Configuring the setup includes
Time Control
Audience Control
Action Control
Media Control
Time Control:
The quiz timer should be 15 minutes.
It should contain 1 breaks.
An alert message should be shown 1 minute before the form closes.
Audience Control:
Any employees from the company can attend the assessment.
Action Control:
Before starting the assessment the photo of the employee should be recorded.
The assessment tab should be made fullscreen.
The fullscreen activity should be tracked.
The device in which the employee attends the assessment should be tracked.
Media Control:
A video of the screen should be recorded once the employee starts the assessment.
The Microphone access should also be switched on and it should be tracked.
Step 3: Publish the form
Now the assessment form should be published.
Step 4: Invite employees to attend the assessment
The employees should be invited to attend the assessment.
The required employees email should be mentioned along with the invite link and the message.
Step 4: Employee submitting the assessment
Now the employee can attend the assessment with all the above mentioned settings.
Once the employee submits the assessment, you can check all his details about the assessment in the Audience dashboard.
